Job Description

Provide phone/email consultation to independently debug complex product problems.

·        Provides support on a world-wide basis.

·        Displays a positive and consistent customer support/service orientation

·        Applies known solutions to solve problems.

·        Works independently, receiving minimal supervision, with no instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments.

·        Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

·        Applies critical thinking to troubleshoot complex problems.·        Documents software defects and call incidents for accurate customer and     software audit.

·        Provides feedback to appropriate groups on product quality and usage

·        Assists less experienced engineers in isolating problems, workarounds and solutions.

·        Handles Severity 1,2,3 and escalated Incidents within guidelines.

·        Provides consultation to field consultants and partners. Knowledge and Skills:
